2026 Theme: "Birthday Card to America"
Students are encouraged to use their artwork to share a birthday wish for “We the People,” and reflect on the symbols that represent our country, as well as the ideals in the Declaration of Independence, such as “Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness."
