Boots & Brews is the official kickoff to the Katy Rice Harvest Festival - and this year, we made history!
About the event
Our first-ever Boots & Brews was held on September 13, 2025, and it was an incredible night of live music, craft beer, food, and community fun on Historic Downtown Katy Square. The energy was electric, the boots were out on the dance floor, and the Square was buzzing with excitement.
Just like the Katy Rice Harvest Festival, Boots & Brews is a fundraiser to support scholarships for local students. We are thrilled to share that at our first event; we raised $6,000 to go directly toward scholarships!
We plan to make Boots & Brews an annual tradition, bringing the community together each year before the Katy Rice Harvest Festival for:

It was the perfect way to kick off the festival, and we can’t wait to see everyone back next year!
